Our house of sale knew three auctioneers' generations.

The Gallery André was situated place of London 13 in a set of buildings which there 32 years had aged. The move was decided and the purchase of a new building, situated unless 2km of the Flagey place was realized in August, 98. The parking is easy. In two hundred metres Ixelles's ponds propose you a magnificent frame of greenery.

Terms of sale
Buyers
The sale is made in cash.The buyers will pay included VAT 20 % and 1€ by lot on top of the bids. No complaint will be accepted once the pronounced auction, even if it has for object the description of the catalog. In case of dispute the courts of I will be only competent.
Salesmen
The commission retained to the salesmen is of:-
* 12 % and 1€ by lot for objects and furniture deposited in our establishment.
* 15 % and 1€ by object, of more the transport is responsible for the customer.

- Estimated inventory
- 1 % ad valorem on the slice lower than 74,368€.
- 0,5 % ad valorem on the slice of 74,368€ to 247,894€.
- 0,25 % ad valorem on the slice superior to 247,894€.
- With a minimum of 63€ the hour (every begun hour being completely due).
- Descriptive and estimated expertise
- 2 % ad valorem on the slice lower than 74,368€.
- 1 % ad valorem on the slice of 74,368€ to 247,894€.
- 0,5 % ad valorem on the slice superior to 247,894€
With a minimum of 62€ the hour (every begun hour being completely due).
II - RÉCOLEMENT OF INVENTORY WITH REVALUATION
- For the revaluation: rate of the inventory or the expertise
- For the récolement: price to be determined according to the importance of the work to make.
III.EXPERTISE AFTER DISASTER

- Rate schedule for the services exceeding the half-day: 62€.
- Rate schedule for the searches made within the framework of the expertise: 44€.
- 2.pour the private individuals in replacement value for assurance
- 62€ for an object lower than 620€.
- 87€ for an object of 620€ to 2,479€.
- 124€ for an object of 2,479€ to 12,395€.
- 1 % ad valorem on the slice of 12,395€ to 74,369€.
- 0,5 % ad valorem on the slice of 74,369€ to 247,894€.
- 0,25 % ad valorem on the slice superior to 247,894€.
IV.EXPERTISE WITH SEARCHES AND LIBERATION OF CERTIFICATES

VAT
The fees of expertises and the movement are subjected to a 21 % VAT on top of the total amount.
MAILING
Every sale gives place to the sending of a personalised mailing some days before the sale. If you wish to receive it, please, communicate we your address by specifying your speciality.
